Rock Bottom Restaurant Loveland Colorado  The Rock Bottom restaurant and Brewery will open in early May at the Shops at Centerra. Regional Manager, Matt Thomas; Senior Managing Partner, Mary Bilek; Executive Chef, Raymond Ortega and Brewmaster, Dave Peacock are proud of their new restaurant and invite you to visit them when they open. They state. "Our restaurant boasts a great patio, island bar and the best handcrafted ales, lagers and fresh food around.

A lively and casual dining experience, Rock Bottom Centerra features fresh, handcrafted beers brewed on the premises and an innovative menu. Our beers range in style from Brown Ales, Pale Ales, Light Lagers, Red Ales and Dark Ales. We also brew many specialty and seasonal beers, all of which are handcrafted by our Brewmaster, Dave Peacock right here in our own onsite brewery.

The service is friendly and upbeat. Their moderately priced menu features a medley of items ranging from Smoked Salmon Fish and Chips to Brown Ale Chicken and Tenderloin with a delicious bourbonzola sauce, to a variety of interesting salads, white Cheddar mashed potatoes, 90% of the menu is made from scratch.

The Rock Bottom Restaurant is located East of Interstate 25 in the new Centerra Promenade Shops shopping center. We are located on the North end of the Centerra circle, near the movie theaters and close to Best Buy, Starbucks and the Aveda Salon.
