Fort Collins Youth Clinic Moves to Rangeview
II at Centerra
Posted January 18 2007 The Fort Collins Youth Clinic (FCYC) is
bringing its services and its standard of excellence to Centerra in
Loveland. The Youth Clinic at Centerra is slated to open a 3,000
square-foot office at Rangeview Two, 2695 Rocky Mountain Avenue, on
February 12, 2007.
Upon its
opening, the Youth Clinic at Centerra will join two clinics in Fort
Collins. The Youth Clinic’s Windsor Office will be closing January 26
and relocating to the Centerra office.
“From the
patient care perspective, we are providing a close office location to
complement the new Medical Center of the Rockies. All of our physicians
will be on call and doing round rotations at nearby MCR while also being
available for patient care at the new Centerra office,” said Larry
Mortenson, Executive Director, Fort Collins Youth Clinic |

Serving
approximately 24,000 to 26,000 pediatric and/or adolescent patients annually,
the Youth Clinic has ten physicians, six physician assistants, a speech
therapist, and a pediatric psychologist
“McWhinney looks
forward to welcoming the Youth Clinic at Centerra to our family,” said Ron Kuehl,
Vice President of Real Estate – Office/Industrial – McWhinney. “The local
businesses that are choosing to move into Centerra are one of the main reasons
for our accelerated growth.”
Located just south of its twin, Rangeview One, Rangeview Two is a
39,190-square-foot building that is 68% leased. A state-of-the-art, Class A lake
front office building, Rangeview Two has three floors, the largest of which
contains 13,800 square feet. The architecture of Rangeview Two compliments
Rangeview One, which was recently named The Building of the Year for buildings
under 100,000 square feet by the Denver Metro Area Building Owners and Managers

The
Rangeview Office Campus is located on the edge of Equalizer Lake and
Houts Reservoir, which are part of a 275-acre environmental preserve
boasting abundant wildlife. The campus offers attractive architecture,
custom finishes, generous parking, and access to miles of trails.
On the heels of completing Rangeview Two, with low vacancy rates and a
continued increase in demand for office space in Loveland, McWhinney
will break ground on Rangeview Three in January 2007. Designed to
complement the first two buildings, Rangeview Three is planned as a
four-story, 61,000 square-foot LEED-certified building.
