McWhinney is proud to announce the Colorado Sleep Center of the Rockies will join its Medical Office Building  at the Medical Center of the Rockies (MCR) this spring. The Sleep Center of the Rockies, a medical practice specializing in sleep

 diagnostics and treatment, will occupy 6,000 square feet in the MOB bringing it to 90% occupancy. Directly connected to MCR at 2500 Rocky Mountain Avenue in Centerra, the MOB is the largest new Class A medical office space project in the region.

The Colorado Sleep Center of the Rockies(tm) is a twelve-bed sleep center, which will offer comprehensive diagnosis of the full spectrum of sleep disorders. Overnight studies are also important in optimizing treatments. With twenty years of neurology and sleep medicine practice, Dr. Terry Himes and Dr. Richard Schumann are excited about their new alliances.

Additional tenants in the 80,150 square foot MOB include Heart Center of the Rockies, The Imaging Center at Centerra, Northern Colorado Pulmonary Consultants, Poudre Valley Health System Occupational Health Service, and Good Day Pharmacy.

Dynamic future plans for medical uses at Centerra include the development of a 16-acre medical campus, just south of MCR, which will accommodate high profile single practice buildings, multi-specialty medical condominiums for purchase, primary care buildings for lease or purchase, as well as a second MOB adjacent to the north end of MCR.
